As you all know, unless you've been living under a rock, the Halo Reach Beta will launch this monday. As I've seen on the forums, there are quite a few people who own an Xbox 360. I was wondering if, when the Beta comes out, we could have some sort of Halomaps community game morning/evening/whatever. Everyone who wants to join in can add me on Xbox Live, GT: Royy D. If anyone wants to join, either send me a message, or if you simply do not like me/hate me/prefer to ignore me, but still wanna do something like this with others from the community, you could also just post your GT in this thread, or do whatever suits you best.

The beta does not include Custom Games, only Matchmaking.

Wouldn't you be able to invite friends to a party to play in matchmaking though?

You can only have a total of 16 players in a game.
And you can only play with up to 7 other friends.

I know we can't have Custom Games, but matchmaking parties will work well, since I don't think we'll get that much more than 7 players, and they'll probably not be online all at the same time.

is ther gonna be an offline mode? for ppl who come over just to play. and im not gonna make more gamertags for them

And there can't be an offline mode, since theres only Matchmaking and Theater.

You can bring over a few guests, and use guest accounts for them (amount varies per gamemode, max 3 guests). No offline though.

Ninjadude989 is my GT, but I think Maniac is the only person in my timezone.

My gamertag is Despair009, add me whenever.. my xbox is weird right now (if it gets turned off w disc in disc tray it gets RROD for acouple hours/days) but hopefully itll be fine by may 3rd

I feel I must warn you I have a strict NAT type, and have been off halo for a long time, so if connection issues occur then I apologize now.

Hay, what time dose this come out. I may have to wait until Tusday to get it (because of the time zones). Also if I do get it on Monday I have a plubic holliday than :)

Oh yeah, forgot to tell you, I'm a Dutchie, but I usually have little to no lag problems, because my internet is cool like that (except when I'm downloading stuff on my pc). Australia may be a problem though, it's too far away apparently (or the other dude's internet just sucked really bad).
