I was wondering if you can control what my AI is doing in a cutscene. Like if I wanted an elite to stab some marines with an energy sword then run away from others without dyeing? Im new to scripting.

Yes, you can make a command list, a sequence of actions for your ai. You can have actions like moving, meleeing, and rolling.
You need a special one ai encounter for your cutscene, and a biped. The biped is the important part which should be placed where you want it to appear in game. You'll use the script command (ai_attach ) to attach the two, then (ai_command_list_by_unit ) to make the ai do your commands.

Thanks.
EDIT: What would the script look like? Edited by Halocombatevolved on Apr 19, 2010 at 05:45 PM
