Just to point out one thing here: Salvo's stuff wasn't fully made by them. They got tags from many other teams, such as CMT, ASP, and Zteam. Not trying to start an argument here. I just want these teams to get the recognition they deserve for the tags being used.

eh, one thing that really bugs me about maps of this vein is the consistency, or lack thereof. Seriously. At least make all the weapon huds the same... It's stupid how only the BR has an ODST-ish HUD. There's tons of other inconsistencies that I'm too lazy to point out, just try to fix them before you release anything =/

something like that , salvo project its a group of map editor who make a team
to edit (or make) maps with some halo 3 weapons and vehicles the leader its blind or that i think i am not very sure

When you refer to those weapons in the future, could you please credit the team that made them, rather than Project Salvo?

I never got why ppl released there moded maps. not that many people play on em. there only fun w/ ppl you know. like yeah i mod maps. but usualy its just me and a few xfire friends playing on em.

I download em to try and get some h3 tags like the assault rifle from mud skirmish and that rocket lawn chair but people always protect their dam maps which is good for the community i guess but i cant friggin wait a million years for sandtrap to come out and pray that it's unprotected

ftr i have everythin but the shotty rocket smg and ar

ooooooo well protected yeah its good but something new must be "shared" with others if you dont and accidentally you lose .scenario or the map and you erase the .scenerio

i'd ask if I can try to help by making an h3 campaign mod for you guys doin the salvo project but friggin sapien won't work (I'm gonna make the mod anyway if I can get sapien open :p)

Sandtrap will be unprotected when it's released. What I don't get, is why some people absolutely must have every tag that they see and like. Whenever some new tag is put in some protected map, you always have to try and rip it instead of being content with what's being released. This is why we can't haz good things, guiz.

because then there's people who think your maps suck because they don't have state of the art tags

and I don't have to have them, but there aren't any good h3 weapon sets out there

and I normally settle for what I have, but if there's a way to get something better of course I'm going to try to get it (I'm not a ripper though)

Blue is the actual error, Red is the generic response that tells you what the problem is if you cant tell what blue means.

In other words, in halo3\hud\weapon interfaces\spiker\spiker, and halo3\hud\weapon interfaces\sniper rifle\sniper rifle, both reference a bitmap for the first crosshair that does not have a proper bitmap type assigned to it. Most likely this means the bitmap is not setup to be a 2d texture file, which causes Sapien to crash.
