I was thinking about how when a vehicle is barely moving hits you you die and i remembered someone saying something about vehicle damage tags posted on here that fixes that and i went and found them http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1291, i was just curious as to why nobody has used these and if they have could someone link me to maps with these in them?
