Halo CE RTT ( Real Time Tools ) is a kit that allows you to change aspects of your game, room, and players in real time.

Current features

Speed Control - Chose any player from the drop down combo box, once chosen their current settings will update into the team and speed boxes.
From there you can set their speed to any decimal value within 7 points precision, zero and negative numbers included.

Entrance speed: This is the speed that will be given to everyone once the game begins - Takes 10 seconds to take effect.

Team control - Select either red or blue team.
Instant respawn - No respawn waiting period for any of the players.
No fall damage - No fall damage for any of the players.
Give vehicle - gets the first vehicle that is not currently moving and teleports it to the player chosen. It hovers vehicle for 4 seconds so that they can see it next to them.
Alert on new player - plays a soft chime when a player enters your room to avoid waiting in a empty map.

How to

Turn on game.
Turn on Halo CE RTT
Host room.
Choose player.
Edit player.
Click apply.

Choose:
Current - effects only current player selected.
Players - effects all player except host.
All - effects all players including host.
Change player team - to also change player's team.

Its not perfect, don't push it.
Pushing it examples:
Running more than once instance at a time.
Putting anything other than a decimal into the speed boxes
Using it on other people's severs ( must be host anyway )
Using it on any gametype other than CTF
Made on Win7 x64 so there could be some compatibility probs.
Numpad 9 is hotkey for Give vehicle.
Alert_23 is the chime, replace it with your sounds if wanted.

I hate the idea of you posting.

All I see in that video is everyone using speed hacks...

I am changing their speeds, also near the end I summon cars.
I didn't include the new player chime since the music.
The no fall damage goes without saying.
The instant re-spawn really shows itself in the battle creek footage.
etc....
