I need a ice texture. so if anyone can help me that will be nice. I want cmt_snow_groves but im so dumb that I cant find it in snowtorn_grove :P

I think there's an ice texture in sidewinder. Try looking there.

Deehunter made a nice ice shader for the map cubemaptestv2 you should rip and use that one, its quite nice.
