How do I make an Epelican as vulnerable as a Phantom?

i think you'll have to change the epelican's materials in the collision model, so that instead of hunter metal it is something else like thin metal etc.

He means like destructible but more easily, or in other words he is trying to edit it a certain way so some one in game can explode it.

its in the gbx model its like the damage it can take

I am trying to set a Marine Pelican so that a blue team player flying it can be killed just as easily as a red team player flying a Phantom on the other side.

Also, how can I increase the range and destructive capability of the Phantom's gun?

There's a value in the vehicle tag, I believe, which sets what fraction of damage the pilot takes.
