Change the security settings of the folder to allow normal users to have full access. Or turn off UAC ( I don't recommend this). Edited by chrisk123999 on Mar 15, 2010 at 11:03 PM

I right clicked then clicked properties, but I don't really know what to do from there. I really want to disable this, but I don't want to turn off UAC.

Click the security tab on the right. Make sure you logged in as an administrator.
