What are the proper animations for the covenant dropship seats?

To find out, open the vehicle tag, and scroll down to seats. Under each seat is the animation label.

What would be the proper cyborg animation for the c_dropship driver animation?

Cyborgs don't inherently have animations to enter the c_dropship pilot seat, so you'll have to change the seat label in the dropship to W-driver, or another suitable animation that the cyborg animation set contains.

I could duplicate appropriate ones to match the seat labels under the the vehicle tag, correct?

You would have to duplicate it in the cyborg's animations tag.
