i found the flag on a biped that says "Use NTSC player physics" and "Has no dying airborne".
when i check them what do these do?

I believe "Has no dying airborne" refers to the animation "airborne-dead", so if your biped doesn't have that animation you click that. (I think)

I am not certain what "Use NTSC player physics" is used for, someone else can clarify that.

"Use NTSC player physics" is probably something left over from old Xbox code, since if I remember right Xbox had both NTSC and PAL versions or something like that.

you mean NTSC and PAL like TV modes?

NTSC would have nothing to do with physics emulation, if it is referring to the TV formats.
