how do you use dev. every time I try it it wants me to run it but it says cant find halo.

Turn on halo maybe?

5. in the Target section (you should be able to change the text here) go to the end (after the last "), and type " -screenshot -console -devmode" without the "s.

Ok,
RIGHT click your halo ce.exe icon.
Open "properties".
At the very end of the text (you knwo its the end as theres a " at the end).
After the " type (or copy + paste): -screenshot -console -devmode
They click apply and then ok.
Now load halo CE.
When it starts press the ` button (above your left tab)
And type: Map_name [the name of the map]

EG: Map_Name A10

Hope that helps.
If not then idk because 2 people have said what to do.
If its a a10 , b40 etc... Just get a SP enabeled UI....


Spelling sucks i know....

I have done every thing every body has said and it dosent work. I press ~ and the littel pink thing cumes up and I type Map_name [end] (end is the map im trying to load) and then I press enter and nothing hapens it just goes back to the pink thing

You don't put brackets around the map name. Just type

map_name end
