So i am wanting to make a vehicle (like that Delorean from BTTF), but a different design. But i still want the Folding Wheels and doors that open like wings. Can this be done? Like when you enter the Car, you open the doors upward (or they are already open and they close when you get in...can this be done? and i would also like the folding Wheels/tires..like when you enter the car the wheels fold under and you can hover (or fly). and maybe if this is also possible...is there a way to change between land based travel...and air based travel? Like when you want to fly you press a button on you keyboard. and when you want to drive on the ground, you press the same button you pressed to fly. Can is be done? If not, should i make two different versions of my vehicle? One for the ground, and one for flying?

Thanks

For the folding doors, that'd be done by the enter animation. For the player not to clip through that door, that'd require new animations on the player biped's behalf. You'd probably have to make two different versions for both ground and flying, like how Inferno's DMT-air used two different hoverboards.

When you say "For the player not to clip through that door" what do you mean? like so that the player does not go through the door? or something else?

For the player not to magically pass through the door while it's opening.

Would it be better to just have the doors open from the start? Like the only close after you enter and open when you want to exit? Would that be a better idea?
