ok listen
my art teacher is the tree hugger. she makes us draw trees, make stamps of trees, and pretend to be a tree. my social studies teacher is the draft ditcher. he told the entire class about how he pretended to be a retard so he'd get for F in the draft!

Maybe she just likes trees?

Do you even know what a tree hugger is?

I don't really understand what you were trying to say in that last sentence, but the draft is a bad thing.

I agree the draft is bad, but its not an excuse to lie to your country. besides theres many way to avoid the draft such as being in college, helping the elderly, and being in the hospitol

L2draft.

College students, volunteers, and some doctors were all drafted as well.

PS: Lot's of people lie to get in or out of things. Politicians and our own government does it too, but I don't feel like that discussion is required at this time. Dennis, why isn't this thread locked yet? It's gone completely off topic.

"weed don't hurt ya"

Yeah, well, it's less harmful than almost all other known drugs including tobacco and alcohol, so the damage is minimal.
Also it's not even addictive, it's only habit forming.

Online behaviour = Internet behaviour

It's simply not true.

Excuse my postbeing glibberish, posted from a mobile phone.

It's true because the internet is online.

Can this end yet...? srs take it to pms guys, it's not halo related WHICH, if none of you noticed, is the point of the site. Dennis may as well make another forums for discussions in psychology.

Per say, Dennis, from this thread likes to teach people. Particularly ones that are younger than him.

Does this mean that Kiwi should assume that people in foreign countries are completely alien in how they think, and that say for example, they lack basic sense of self-preservation and other such things?

Here's a tip.
Lodex likes Chicken.
Give him control over the poultry industry and he will probably start caring about people other then his family and friends.
Vote Lodex , President of the Poultry Industry.

From what I can read here, it means that Kiwi has no clue what I'm talking about, and that Kiwi should quit talking in 3rd person.

Actually Kiwi does, you're trying to use being from another country as a way to say it is acceptable to harass people. Kiwi understands that having apathy towards many things is a line of thought prevalent in some countries as well. However, if you truly didn't care, you wouldn't be trying so hard to convince us you do.

EDIT: Unless Kiwi is missing some mystical foreigner point you're trying to make with witch craft, in which case, enlighten Kiwi.

And Kiwi will stop speaking in the 3rd person when you stop being a git.

Kiwi sees his points as being on-topic.

Quote: Nor do I see what point you're trying to make.

Quote: Nor do I understand your illogical thought-patterns concerning foreigner countries.

That although there are differences in the way people think, there are things which all people share.

Quote: Nor do I understand why you feel the need to share these illogical thought-patterns.

The hyperbole that you seem to take as being serious and now refuse to let go of?

Quote: Nor do I understand why you think that I think it is acceptable to harass people (for no reason).

Going by things you said awhile back. You forget it already?

Quote: Kiwi does not understand what he thinks he does.

Then use your witch cra- wait, you don't understand things said in a jocular nature.

Quote: Kiwi makes up points trying to narrow me into a corner.

And here you are talking out your rear.

Quote: Kiwi won't prevail in his attempt to do so.

KIWI CAN DO ANYTHING WITH WILL POWER AND EFFORT!

Quote: Kiwi is not enlightened,

Kiwi did not say he was, what he said was to enlighten him.

Quote: and I see no reason why I should bother trying to enlighten you, when you weren't even part of the original conversation.

Then that means the scientific community should ignore and not even bother trying to educate people about the ramification of a study if they were not involved, following your line of thought here. Oh wait, that will probably fly right over your head as well.

Quote: I only care about Dennis' point of view, I like arguing with him, since he brings up creative and original points,

So you like arguing with people who can do what you can't.

Quote: I do find them interesting to read.

There's one thing we can agree on.

Quote: Your points however, are uninteresting to L0d3x. Not to mention chaotic and unclear.

Thanks.

And your points have very little grounding in any facts and mostly just concern you and your little group of friends.

EDIT: You know what, Kiwi will explain himself.

Remember back when you said you would make fun of a particular group of people because you found them socially awkward? Kiwi has yet to see you say that was in anyway wrong, and if Kiwi recalls correctly you attempted to justify such things and your general apathy with being from another country.

Are you following or are you just going to ignore and misunderstand what little you don't ignore?

Example time: *insert example of two things that cannot be compared in this context*

*witty comment suggesting my comment is null*

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/curiosity
the desire to learn something. if youre curious about how many people died in haiti, you care. if you didnt care how many people died then those numbers wouldnt mean anything. the example you gave is incompatible and twisted to mean something. you might not care about those in haiti but you care about the number.

this whole thing is BS anyway. what is it with you people who like to pick fights with others? it always becomes a semantics argument. like this whole "i dont care" thing. if you dont care, leave. nobody is going to miss you honestly. at first i thought this whole little snotty attitude you have toward dennis was kind of funny. now its not. its irritating and unnecessary. at this point i dont think ANYBODY even remembers why youre trying to fight with everybody

its dennis' site, he will run it as he sees fit. the warden from Lets go to Prison puts it nicely:
if you feel youve been treated unfairly, write it neatly on some paper, fold it up real good, pull your cheeks apart, and stick it up your ass.

So Dennis, are you planning to respond to my last post that was adressed to you? Or can I leave this topic be now that you seem to have decided to no longer respons, rather, letting it "work itself out".

Your points do not stand and your squad is broken. Since you have been soundly beaten you may flee.

I eat kiwis for breakfast.
And no...

No...

Talk to me one on one, instead of posting chaotic HUGE posts, and you'll see I'll break every single one of your arguments.

You cannot break points if they are based on personal mentality anyways. Thus rendering the above post completely void of any usefull content ;-)
Edited by L0d3x on Jan 25, 2010 at 05:22 PM

Your point wasn't broken, your squad was. If you don't get the reference, don't comment.

The post weren't any more chaotic then yours, countered the points you made, in order. Kiwi's format was not much different then the one used by you, Dennis, or anyone else. You're grasping at straws.

Stop arguing if you're too scared to do so without falling back on complaining about something as silly as format.

On a side note, good job trying to twist Kiwi's words again to invalidate his post.

Perhaps I didn't see there was a reference intended? If you do cannot see this point of view being taken as a possibility, do not comment =)

You also misused the word "then" in your second paragraph there. You didn't counter any points I made, you just think you did. Your replies simply make too little sense to actually dignify it with a reply. At least I've actually held straw in my hands, we europeans do actual work outside =D

You are the one twisting words pal, or should I say, NTSC. Perhaps you should do a session of "twister" before attempting to comment again.

And I bet Dennis is loving this, and I'm sure this is what he intended to become of this topic, that doens't mean I don't enjoy it as well in my own sick, twisted way.

Thanks!

Ok then, Kiwi shall engage you on your level of intellect so that you can follow easier.

You're a poopy head and wrong.

Kiwi, I never actually read any of your "argument" posts. As I stated previously.
They were too long for me to get motivated to read them. If you would have kept them short, then I'd have read them, and probably debunked each and every argument you could throw at me.

The only longass post I'm willing/was willing to read in this thread, was Dennis'. I stated this very clearly. Your "victory" is thus merely an illusion, nothing more.

I'm considering going over your longass posts now that I actually have time, but I'm simply not interested in your opinion, as I value that of a higher ranking person like Dennis much much more.

Note that I never insulted you for anything remotely close to poopy head. Sure, I held you on a leash here, for fun, but that doesn't mean you didn't lower yourself to below 0° Kelvin (and yes, that is impossible, should you not know this).

The only reason I can think of you butting in on this thread, is to have some serious craving for stopping the "halomaps bully", as it were, and thus becoming an online hero. It's just too bad I never took you seriously (the 3rd person talk has alot to do with that, change that and I might even consider reading your posts TODAY).

I'm still willing to go one on one with you on xfire, if you really care about this. Victory is not achieved until the enemy surrenders.

Kiwi read the first sentence and decided this was too boring, so Kiwi's going to assume it's poorly constructed argument and that you are going to continue being a poopy head.

Kiwi won at Notrium and an internet argument, hurray for pointless victories!
