hey has anybody made fly cam workable for 1.09? if so do you have a link?

Just use dev-mode and use the debug camera. Unless your asking for a Halo PC flycam...

can u set camera animations in dev like u could in fly cam? like have cam points set.

use dev trainer 3, it helps.
