hey guys ive been playing halo for a while now and just wanted to know if any of you guys know where i can get marathon so i can see why people belive marathon is closley rellated to halo.

Agreed. Infinity was too confusing for me so i stuck with durandal. You can download it on Xbox Live for 800M$ points and it has nice shiny new textures. also has a VERY fun survival mode.

also if you end up liking the official 3 marathons, you might also consider downloading some of the mods. there are some very well done mods for marathon.
theres also an official mod called tempus irae. iv spent alot of time on that, and it has a pretty decent story if you can be assed to read all of the text. youre vulnerable to enemies while reading in marathon so i tend to skim |

Best mod by far is Eternal X, IMO. it has the best story line that i would consider to be Canon within the Marathon Universe. also brings most of the old weapons, characters and maps back from the first game.
