Someone help me.... This happened when I was making a Firefight map.

the animations do not match so get the ones that came with it

You technically don't need animations for the 3p model, so delete weapons\pistol\pistol from the .weapon tag. That's not the problem though. Having mis-matched animations wouldn't cause Sapien to throw an exception.

Delete all bipeds from the map, and save it as a separate scenario. Try to open that. If that still doesn't open, delete all vehicles, and then weapons, until all you have is a blank scenario with just a BSP and a sky.
