I HATE it when that happens. How can I activate it without having to call MS customer support? It's a legit copy. I got it for christmas last year. How can I activate it without calling MS Customer Support?

It's not that hard to call. You don't actually have to talk to a person, if you're scared of talking to people. You talk to a machine. Basically, you enter in your key, it'll validate for you.
