I looked at a couple of threads of people with this problem but none of them had answers (that's right I searched before I posted),so yeah my guess is something's corrupt but I really don't know what (bitmap, maybe?) so yeah...

Hah! I think I delt with that near-exact crash report just yesterday!

Alright, so:
-Do you have any custom vehicles on the map?
*If so, delete them from the map by doing Guerilla>mapname.scenario>Vehicles (not from the palette)
*If that doesn't work, delete them all from the .scenario AND the palette
*If that still doesn't work, put your head between your legs and kiss your butt goodbye
*If you aren't that flexible, try removing them from your globals.globals, also.

I think the error report is caused by a corrupt or broken vehicle tag; if my suggestion doesn't work, then I don't know.

EDIT: Phrase reconstruction

It's caused by a corrupted function in a tag. It's usually a vehicle, but weapons could also cause this.

You picked one of them. If the answer was on the search results, you could have posted the answer to the direct thread link. If the answer WASN'T there, then you could have refrained from posting it.

the part " the meter definition ui\hud\cyborg body does not specify a stencil bitmap group." seems to remind me of the error i got when i overwrote my globals and other core HEK files with stuff i ripped from a map with HEK+.
Unfortunately, the only fix i had was to back up my tags folder, delete the old tags folder and reinstall HEK, then merge my backup tags folder with the HEK's clean tags folder.
