Can it be done. I figure that for a map I am making which will have the ODST health packs and health pack holders it may be easier to do this.
So...... Anyone know?

Well you could just have the equipment spawn inside the scenery (like, in the part of the scenery that actually holds the medpack) or I'm pretty sure you can use a device. Edited by seanthelawn on Nov 1, 2009 at 02:55 AM

Maybe I'll just make it a scenery and then actually, physically, set the medkit to spawn inside of it. I don't want to have it like a device. I just want it to spawn at a constant time from when it was last used like regular equipment would.

you could use a script to activate an effect on the scenery which spawns a health pack when you go near the machine.

What I do for drop pods and stuff is place the equipment in a position where it looks like it's in the pod medkit dispencer or watever ur using and then I check initially at rest
