I'm setting up a server with rec0, but I don't know how to find this.

Ban yourself from a server you made yourself, and look in the banlist.txt
Or have a friend do it. |

Just click right click>modify, and copy the values in the center onto notepad. |

If you use sapp and host, you can use commands to tell your cd key hash.

I banned myself, but it doesn't save to banlist.txt.
