when I make a round object in 3ds or g-max they save fine and compile the jms files fine with no errors. Compile in tool model builds fine but I get this at the collision-geometry phase.

Spheres with under 16 or 17 (I can't remember which) can go through Tool. Or you can use Geospheres.
