i was wondering, how you can turn a existing .vehicle into a scenery file, so that way you cant drive it and it can go in any position you want. i want to do it to the draco for a map idea i have

1) Create a new scenery file
2) Change all the seat labels on the vehicle so that the player can't get in.

nah, he's listing ways. as in, you can either make a scenery with the same model/collision, or you could delete the seats.

Make a new scenery file and use the vehicles gbxmodel and collision. No need to mess with the seats.
