Don't check the "respawn enabled" checkbox.
sound_looping_start "sound_looping" none 1
game_save_totally_unsafe
activate_team_nav_point_flag default player "flag name" 0.6

If you don't check the respawn enabled box, and you don't check the "not initially created" box, they won't appear in Sapien, but they will ingame. If you want them to appear in Sapien, type into the sapien console ai_place [AI ENCOUNTER], replacing [AI ENCOUNTER] with the name of your encounter. Also, the 3 commands I posted above were scripting commands. If you can't script, don't bother.

I'm assuming you're making a single player map? Single player maps are heavily dependent on scripts. Learn to script before proceeding.

I highly doubt anyone creates video tutorials for scripting. All you use is notepad, and contrary to popular belief, notepad has no pretty pictures.
