Although that "Message of the day" that's been the same for 5 years still says "Want custom maps? Go to..." and yet people don't. |

or they did what i did before i knew about custom edition. i downloaded a map and put it in my halo combat evolved maps folder. then i figured out i need Custom Edition from a friend. so What we need to do s go to bungie and ask them to change the Banner by saying go to halompas.org for halo custom edition, custom maps, and accessories!

Heh. It took me a week or so to find the download on some other site. Then it took me 3 months to find out about halomaps.org.

So , the chart implies that there are 300,000 people out there with a map , but either see no servers hosting the maps , or dont know how to install them.
I think the latter is more probable , seeing nothing but people mostly playing regular maps , they decided to head back to Halo , Regular to have fun with the 16,000 people there. |

When I first saw halo custom, I thought it was I halo 2 trial because It showed a map from halo 2

I remember it only took me 3 trys and on each try a bit more then 3 hours to download CE and HEK. My internet use to be even crappier then it is now, and IM NEVER DOWNLOADING those exe's again. I seriously have them on a disk and everything

It took me 3 hours too. I was downloading it from a site that gets about 20 kb/s.
