I've seen all of this ai gunner thing and adding as a built in gunner, i tried that and it does not work any suggestions? the AI just doesn't appear in the vehicle

That's not the correct slot. That spawns the actor when the vehicle dies. Scroll down further, to seats. Then, under the seat where you wish to put the AI, scroll down to built-in gunners. THEN specify it.

No, because my computer is fried, and this computer lags way too much. I'll go through it again. Scroll down to seats, where all the seats are listed. Scroll down a bit, until you find "Built-in gunner".

No. If you want to use an encounter, then script him into the vehicle.
