Don't make anything in paint for Halo. Or any other game your modding. If you don't want to download the demo of photoshop then download GIMP. It's free and does the basic stuff photoshop does. Google it.

You can do paint for concepts, then use Photoshop to make new bitmaps.

Ok downloading photoshop 7 trial so i guess i will just look at those tuts and get this in game.:D
