on any maps someone may like me to try & make for some practice?

I guess I can try making Snow Bound but I'm going to need alot of references to help out in certain parts.

ive got a whole plan for a map... but i cant make it cause im like not good enough and i dont have any idea how to... i made seprate design parts for it and e.t.c. ....

if any one makes it for me then they'll get 90-95% of the credit and be the first one to have the map...

Don't ever say that. Ever. There are plenty of tutorials out there to start with, and saying you aren't good enough... wow. Raise your self-esteem a little bit. Many people probably worse off and more (mind my meaning) disabled than you, have succeeded.

Go search up some tuts.

I would recommend people who want to start contributing to the community to do this,
it makes the learning curve for modding easier:

start by modding existing maps (like adding new weapons, vehicles etc),
then create some AI mods (hopefully not bloodgulch)
when you learn more about the engine of Halo, then start to create your own weapons/levels
take up some modelling skills, read some tuts out there that teach you how to.
make some new bipeds/animations, post them here and learn from the crit you get from the guys around here that comment on it.
