I'm try to put the rigged brute on the website ingame. Anyway I compiled all of the bitmaps, but when I tried to compile the jms file I made it just said couldn't read toolbeta.map or whatever it says all the time and then nothing. I'm new to compiling models so tell me if I did anything wrong. The jms file is in data. I typed in tool, tool model brute

You need the directory also. Put your jms in data\characters\brute\models and then type tool model characters\brute

I tried that. After it asks me what kind of shaders to use it says failed to import model. Any other suggestions :( Thanks though thats the farthest I've gotten.

that's normal...
choose your shaders and then compile again, it will work fine the second time.

I believe that's the proper command, isn't it? structure is for bsps, model is for gbxmodels.
