today i built a new overlay for my weapons but i get an ingame problem:

this is on a normal weapon without new overlay

this is what it looks like with my new overlay, i cant see fp hands or weapon unless i charge the plasma pistol and let it go,

this is what the ovarlay looks like before i turned it into a .bitmap, any help on this would be nice, i did not want to threadjack the one about new visors so i made my own

You need to add an alpha channel to make it transparent.
