Ok so i got a new computer and have been useing the 30 day 3ds max 10 but it has got only 2 days left so i installed Gmax and whenever i move the view or try to select something i get this.  so how do i fix it i tryed uninstall install still like this. Right click shortcut. Properties. Compatibility. Disable Desktop Composition.
For some reason, this only occurs on Vista. When I upgraded to Windows 7, I don't have that problem anymore.

I always got display errors and thought it was a display driver problem. I always had to switch from directx to opengl to the other one. It actually helped.
