I looked recently in the tags section somewhere, and saw tags for a health pack dispenser. is it possible to put a working version inside my vehicle via the attatch script?

Also, (for those who haven't read my other post, regarding turrets, i'm making a mini Pillar of Autumn) I would like to be able to use it as an 'air base', by having the whole ship stop moving & falling when the pilot dies. the doors would open, and you'd have to board it via air vehicles. Is it easily doable to make it not fall, and will it level itself out automatically when the pilot leaves/dies?

And if you don't know the answers to any of the questions, i would still like to hear your opinion of my idea. i can elaborate on it if necessary. thanks in advance

I think you can use the vehicle_hover 1 [vehicle name],but you need a script to test if a driver is in it or not.It will NOT level out i dont think.

If you attach a device to a vehicle, I'm pretty sure you'll have to do a string of continuous attaches and detaches for it to still work.

So, like the pelican picking objects up? it continuously attaches and detaches. does that mean only the host will see it not lag?

It might lag a bit. And if you want the device to be USEABLE, then you need to do that. If it's attached, you can't use it.

Thats fine then, the only reason i need them to function is when they're not moving. When the pilot dies/gets out, i wanted to make it that you could run around the ship in mid air, as it wont fall so you can't clip through the roof. You can then run around the ship and use med pack dispensing units in the med bay or ammo vending machines in the armory. I was going to see if i could get a dock bay for jets to be carried pelican style, so you could fly them out as well
