This place is turning into a hellhole if you haven't noticed guys.
Fix this place up, same with modacity, the halo community has been going to crap becuase of all the ignorant people out here and others. Since 08 and the release of Halo 3, this place has gone down hill. For example, look at the imaginative people who came up with awesome ideas like making mechs and there own weapon designs and putting them into Halo, while the rest of the newer community is centered around making little artistic beautiful pieces (not saying this is wrong) bases of halo 3, and not moving on. Its really getting annoying, and all the arguing and drama is too.
Fix this place up, or Halo probally wont survive for the next couple years or so really, or at least, this forum.

Not just Halo 3, but just everything. It seems as if it's not perfect, then it's not good. If it doesn't look good, then it's a terrible map...

Thats one of the reasons i dont use forums anymore... you just get into arguments over games that u probably will move past later in life anyways. Good maps arnt beautiful maps but fun maps thats the key.

No your stupid, you have not been around enough to understand the community has almost always been the same, with the introduction of a new halo game comes countless recreations.

The halo ce community was never good stop trying to convince yourself it was.

Ive been around since 2006.
It was better, before Halo 3, and you know it.
There might of been less of your halo 3 mods, but I remember everyone was alot more nicer and everyone was making alot more cooler stuff.
Yeah people were remaking halo 2 stuff, but the people were still nicer and this place was better.

Yeah, I remember all the H2 remakes.
Also, with these H3 recreations, HCE has turned into some sort of art contest or something. Just get a good overview of everything posted within the last year, you'll see. It's gotta be perfect, or it is terrible.

The community was once good, you were just never in the good part.

I was here before most of you trust me, and in case you didn't know Scott (aka wait ill let you guys figure it out) seems to agree with me, and hes been here longer than all of us. Like I said the community was never good, or actually it was for a very tiny period. You were not around yet.

I came in here in late 05, I started modding Halo PC in Mid 06, stated CE late 06.
I played this stuff, i lurked here and there too. It might not be good in your eyes, but that's you. In mine, higuys, and probably alot others, it was once good. Gotta admit though, this place has gone way down in the last two years.
