I was confused about this so I thought I should ask.Of course you will advice me to download programs and look at tutorials, I did.They're too confusing for me since I don't know ANYTHING about computers.I'd probably screw things up and delete necessary files and die.

Everyone starts out as an idiot who would accidentally delete system32. Even Gamma927 needs help, and believe me, he's an expert. All the stuff he released on this site is crap, though. It's better to make one yourself since you can shape it to your liking, put whatever you want in it.
