1) Run sapien as administrator 2) Right click sapien.exe and select properties. Under the Compatibility tab, check "run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select either windows '98 or windows '95.

Don't worry I got this one. Ok, Open Sapien. Don't do anything after words, then hit CRTL+AlT+Delete,then go to Process. then find Sapien.exe. Right, go to : Set Affinity. After that uncheck one with name of CPU 1. Don't exit out Task Manager, leave open. Then selected any .scariona file. Enjoy!!!

Setting it to run in compatibility mode for an old version of windows disables multi-core processing. Therefore you dont have to go to task manager each time you open sapien.
