how can i have a halo server in Viet Nam? |

I can't read tutorials because I'm not good in English lesson......but I think if I have someone help, I can do it. In my nation, Halo is something very very fate.....I send email for somebody but they don't help me, I thought nobody likes noob :( . Althought, I can't stop myself from discovering Halo game.......finally, anybody can help me........I really dont know where to start......
