I was looking in my Halo CE directory and saw that i was missing some files...how can i get them back?

Spaces in the folder =/= missing files. Can you start up Halo CE or Sapien and other applications?

I can open Halo CE but cant open sapien or guerilla :\

What happens when you try to start up Sapien? Does it close itself down?

Whenever I try to open it says; This application has failed to start because vorbisfile.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem

well when i click on HEK setup I click play and it says Halo Editing Kit Setup; Launching Halo Editing Kit ... and it shows up for about one second and goes away and does that everytime i click on it

Clicking play doesn't do anything. Click Uninstall to uninstall it. Once done, install it. Then, try starting Sapien and Guerilla, because all the HEK installer does, is install Sapien, Guerilla, Tool, and several tags.
