i tryed to open sapien and it opened and closed and i looked in my debug.txt and i got this:

Sapien does not like the joystick you have plugged in. Unplug it and it "should" run fine.
edit: Taken from http://gbxforums.gearboxsoftware.com/showthread.php?t=57257: "ERROR: EXCEPTION halt in .\editor_persist.cpp,#392: pos+buffer_size<=size SOLUTION: Your sapien.config file is Fubar, delete it. --- T3h_lag" However, I have found most of the descriptions to those errors to be either wrong or too generic and not helpful. That won't work the way you want it to. Just delete it. Sapien will generate a new one when you next start it up.
