Am I just supposed to leave the tags in the folder i downloaded them in or am i supposed to put the weapon into the bipeds folder?

You're supposed to put delimiter.actor inside the characters\cyborg folder.
Oh, and what the heck are you doing? Why did you put it inside the elite folder? Edited by Gamma927 on Jul 13, 2009 at 10:44 AM

Hierarchy View > Mission > Player Starting Points. Right click in Game View to put one down.
And if you want to add Elite AI, rip them from the original campaign maps using HEK+.

It'll take the tags used in the map, and put them in your tags folder.

Sapien > Hierarchy View > Edit Types > Vehicles > Add > tags\vehicles\warthog\warthog_mp.vehicle > Add > Ok
Hierarchy View > Mission > Objects > Units > Vehicles. Right click in Game View to put down a marker. Then, in Properties View, select the vehicle type in the drop down menu.

lolz unlike Halo PC Halo CE editing is surprising Easy the basic stuff that took hours to do and made you go over and over again on the same thing just to get a wraith in BG can now be done in almost seconds lolz
which is why bg mods are now dead. . . .

MP maps aren't that hard to make. Scripting for them is a bit more complicated, but once you get the hang of it, you can easily make MP maps.

Replace [SCRIPT NAME] with anything you want, as long as it doesn't have spaces.

Valid script types are:
-startup -dormant -continuous
Startup scripts execute on startup. Dormant scripts wait until the wake command is used. Continuous scripts keep executing forever.

Static are shortcuts for things (basicly the same as globals (similar to scripts, but they are numbers or facts listed to be referanced around)) Also, dormant are also what you use in widget tags if you want a UI button to call to a script to activate it.
