You would have to manually edit the x y z, or use the space bar to place it at your current spot.

I recommend making the bases as part of the BSP.

If you don't understand that, I don't know how to make it any easier to understand.

Why do you need to do that? If your scenery base has a collision model set up, just put the weapon about a few feet above the base, and it'll automatically fall down. If it doesn't, name it, and in the Sapien console, type:

object_create_anew [OBJECT NAME]

Don't add the [ and the ] around the object name. I just added it there because if I didn't, you'd type "object name".

Simplest way, is to move the Sapien camera to where you want to put down the object. Then, press the spacebar key.

Read. His base does work. He just can't put the weapons on top of the base. It's actually rather straightforward. Move your camera above the base, and press spacebar. Oh, and hold down the middle mouse button while that's happening.

Uh dude? Is thsi netgame equipment? Else you won't be able to see it in Sapien, that's why you only see the gizmo, try compiling the map, and then look if your weapon is there, it should be there..

I think this is your problem
