This thread is for you to share your Halo WTF/LOL experiences.

To get the topic started, i shall start with one of my own experiences (it may be lame, i know, but nvm)....

Basically, i was on this server 3 months ago with 7 other guys playing CTF on bloodgulch. Well, all was good and we were having fun, until someguy in the Blue team took the flamethrower.
So, i was on flag defence at the red base, when the flamethrower guy came in. I was on the shotgun at the time, so i started spamming with it. I saw his shield go down and he was already losing health. Somehow, i couldn't kill him, even though i was like less than 25m away and shot him 6 times. Then, the guy just turned around, sprayed me straight in the face with the flamethrower, and i died.

Seriously, WTF?!

After that, i found out that the guy was using some sort of health cheat (my teammates were complaining that the guy was darn hard to kill, and this was the only explanation we could come up with). Anyway, our team lost because of the guy, but we just let him off and didn't ban him, as we hoped that he wouldn't do it again.

I was playing CTF on the 24/7 Bloodgluch sever on 1.08 (I was bored) and a full hog came at me so I threw a sticky, and of course I kill them but but the hog goes flying at me and kills me and my teamate behind me.

While playing Snipers on a Bloodgulch server , someone took a warthog and decided to try and spatter the reds camping the hill , i saw him coming towards me and my team , and threw a frag on the ground infront of him. It blew up , and flew towards 2 people trying to avoid it. As luck or fate would have it , they moved in the exact direction it was falling. Obviously , they died.

On the 2nd week of my time online on the game Halo CE...the host was my teammate,and *boom* banned because I killed him because HE WALKED IN FRONT OF MY SNIPER RIFLE RIGHT WHEN I SHOT! I mean really....IT'S HIS OWN PROBLEM!!! HE WALKED IN FRONT OF ME!!!! WHAT--A--IDIOT!

I took my self and two other guys out with a sniper on H3MT Narrows, (damn bullets bounce off of everything ...).

I epic splattered someone with a warthog in snow grove,i threw a frag in the ghost,then an enemy threw a sticky on to it,then it splattered 2 guys walking :P

Ok,I was in a chopper,i was trying to kill someone,then some ghost tried to smash me,it failed,then someone threw a trip mine on me,died,but the chopper's parts destroyed a hog :D

These are probably the two best moments for me (that I remember):

I was once playing a game on H2_Zanzibar when the luckiest thing happened.

I was walking in the gap between the windmill and the camp froman. Most of the action at the time was happening at the beach. The game had infinite grenades, so I decided to throw a plasma grenade blindly over the wall dividing the inside from the beach for no reason.

A couple seconds later, I see 'You killed blah' on my screen, and I started cracking up.

I must have stuck someone on the beach out of pure luck.

For anyone who's ever played House2 and has messed with the nuke gun, this is a good one.

I was playing a game on House2 with a friend of mine, and I had the nuke gun while my friend was sniping people. We were standing on the hand rail of the living room on the 2nd floor that overlooks the kitchen, and we were just spawn killing everyone for laughs.

Although I had the nuke gun, I wanted to wait for the perfect moment in which a lot of enemies would be in the kitchen at the same time, so I hadn't shot it yet. Neither had anyone else in the game.

Finally, the perfect moment came and there were plenty of blues to kill. I shot the nuke gun right at the floor of the kitchen where most of the enemies spawned, and destroyed everyone.

As expected, vehicles, bodies, guns, and curses from victims started flying everywhere. The usual nuke chaos. I was about to shoot some more and add to the mess, but...

All of a sudden, I saw this empty hog flying through the air that was hauling ass literally right up in my direction all the way from the floor of the kitchen. And I'm not exaggerating, the hog was going to hit me square in the face, and it was coming FAST.

I managed to strafe out of the way at the last second, but that hog almost scraped my shoulder as it flew by when I got out of the way. I couldn't stop laughing. That hog was possessed, and it wanted my soul.

I wish I had taken a screenshot. That was possibly the funniest moment in CE for me.

lol, I guess the hog wanted payback on the nuke.

I dont get whats so funny.

Ok, here's a WTF moment, I was playing Extinction and I was just running around trying to make it to a ship/fighter on the red side then all of a sudden some blue guy skydrives out of his pelican and it crushes me without warning.
?!!?!?------WTF------!?!?!!

On extinction I was riding in the back of a Fantom and some guy on the blu team started attacking me and the pilot with a jet. My teammate tried to swirv, but it didn't help. So before the jet completely raped us, I decided to shoot my sniper randomly. I no-scoped em. And so we survived.

not really a big deal, i'm sure it's been done plenty of times before, butI got a good "OMG" out of it so yeah.

All games that are in the Halo series are accepted (that includes Halo Wars), so long as it has to do with LOL / WTF.

I had a plasma pistol,a banshee came to our base (CTF) then i overcharged it,then it fell and splattered 2 of my teamates (LOL part),then i skyjacked it,and it boosted into the cliff and exploded,then i still was on it (WTF? o:)

Reminds me of the time I shalled my Dad's Banshee on that same map...The Banshee landed on me and I meleed a rock and die. AND MY DAD GOT THE KILL!!! WTF!

I remember when me and my friend were playing headlong, i went into one of those vent things and i got randomly killed by the gaurdians. I spent some time after trying to die again.


i remember when i was trying to get out of snowbound, i blocked the fire of a turret with crates then the one next to it shot me :(, i only blocked that one only to find an invisible wall where i suicided by blowing the creates away with nades.

There was a speed hacker, and when i tried to kill someone else, i killed the speed hacker accidently... then i was told that i was botting and he kicked me...

i have three expiriences for you today.

1. this one happened so fast, it almost sounds unbelievable (events took about 10 seconds): so i was in a banfree bloodgulch server and me and this other person was in a rocket hog(i was in gunner) and we got halfway to the flag where the road type thing is and there was a person right next to me so i shot a rocket and it hit him and killed him but the splash killed the driver and sent me flying. i was upside down with my head almost touching the ground but still in the hog, I saw another person a few inches away so i shot at him and the splash shot me out of the hog and as soon as i hit the ground, the hog smacked into me and killed me.

2. (this one made me feel strange) i was on xfire, looking at some peoples accounts when i came accros this guy with a screenshot of a score board(push f1) and i was in it!, not only was i in the score board but i was standing in front of him as he took the pic(i am _CAG_shadow:

now thats a wtf moment!

3. i was playing a game when someone quit and his body seeped through the map and it looked so nasty:

I have a WTF moment. I started this forum and people started posting the way they do. I read it and said "WTF have I gotten myself into here?" I am still having that moment.

my experienc in halo 3 is on valhalla i was playin team slayer and this banshee was ownin us so i grab a power drain and thro it at the banshee it falls bown on me and takes my shield down then i jack the banshee and it kills the driver then power drain blows up and shee goes with it. now im in this shee that i called the alien boat floating down the river lolz
