Ok, so I opened up my modified b40 level and when I go to the b40_a1 bsp sapien crashes and this is in the debug.

What does it mean?

Now sapien doesnt even open b40 at all. It comes up "Sapien has stopped working" or something like that and this is in the debug.

It means you're B40 is corrupt. Delete it and reextract it.

K, the strange thing is that it compiles fine and works in game.

That tag (the one in the EXCEPTION) line is corrupt. When it compiles, it probably just skips over that tag.
