make the ai encounter move from one place to another?
all i heard was it is scripted but i dunno how to
any help?

and when i place a vehicle(wraith_aa, i checked and placed tags correctly from debug.txt)
it still doesn't spawn
i'll try to re-install HEK placing ALL the tags again(is there any way to place tags faster post pls)

The AA Wraith has corrupted physics. Open that up, and change the physics for the normal wraith's.

Moving ai isn't scripted if you want them to move you check moving randomly in Sapien under encounters. You should also place firing positions all over the map so the ai will be "smarter" when encountering an enemy.

AA Wraith like gamma said has corrupted physics tag.. Advancebo should of just left the tag to go to normal wraith physics but he didn't and it got corrupted. So just change physics back to wraith.physics or w/e in guerrilla.

When you go to reinstall HEK use it only as a last resort don't just suddenly un-instill HEK because tags look right but don't work. Vehicle tags end up with corrupted files all the time and you have to change them with their similar counterparts. For example the Halo 2 Ghost comes with some corrupted tags.. (the one i had) and i had to change the destination for the plasma bolts and physics. So don't just Un-Install HEK ask if any tags are corrupted in the files.

Instead of moving randomly, put "guarding at guard position". That way, they'll guard at their firing positions, and move around much better. As an added bonus, if you create a script, which says:

(script startup see_enemy
(ai_magically_see_encounter [AI ENCOUNTER 1] [AI ENCOUNTER 2])
(ai_magically_see_encounter [AI ENCOUNTER 2] [AI ENCOUNTER 1])
)

They'll automatically go fight each other, while still acting intelligently.

Doesnt Ai already have a magic sight in sapien as a flag you can check??? (correct me if I'm wrong but I think they got something like that)

do the halo 3 armor tags in CE work/look good on actual gameplay?

The Beta Halo 3 armors on halo-maps do work the tags arn't perfect so once again you might be switching animations tags and weapons around.... on the biped to even get the biped into sapien. I find it easier to know everything works in sapien then to compile it later and you get some odd exception in halo.

Halo armor permutations are all different biped for Halo ce since halo ce engine cant do the same thing as the halo 3 engine, but anyway errors I ran into with the Halo 3 armor set is. . .

each armor needs its own .biped tag, so you will have to make more with the different biped in them. Also the H3 animations for MC i found didn't work and gave me error in sapien so to fix it swap them with normal MC animation tag. Also the battlerifle was corrupted too so it woudln't spawn the biped in sapien until i swapped it out with another weapon. I just changed it to a pistol.

That all the errors i found and what I did to fix them... you may not run into any of the errors.
Also the permutation sets are in Object folder in H3 folder which you put into the Tags folder like it says in the read-me. I call them permutation sets seeing as they are bipeds of most of the halo 3 MC armor permutations.

I find CQB armor looks the best in halo.

The armor looks great, and it only took me about 10-30 minutes to fix it up to the way I like it :) I would go for it and put it ingame.
