Yea I have a Blue sky with clouds as a background for a level,an need to no how do I make it move around so the level can look better.

Give your sk a animation grpah, if you don't know how to make aniamtions you can find it somewhere on Halomaps.. Then you just need to rotate your sky for about 100 keyframes.. And let it come back to where you started.. Then export the animation as a JMA <-Or something, I think this isn't a JMO since it's not an overlay (I guess you don't get this) anyway, when exported, compile the animation in tool and assign the animation graph in guerilla.
