Set up your shaders. Even though tool makes them. You still need to put in all the stuff for it.

That is why it is helpful to set up your shaders before you create the scenario with tool.

Hi darkassassin14!

Hey when you ran the command sturcture in tool did it prompt you to choose a shadder for you .tiff?

If it did then, tool save a shadder for you in your tags directory. Use Guerilla to open the shadder and make sure that it is pointing to your bitmap that was made for your .tiff file. If it is not then choose the correct path and that should take care of the problem.

If the shadder steal does not work, then I would delete it and make another one. You probably did this but I just want to make sure. Did you make the bitmap for your .tiff file?

If you did not you need to run tool command bitmaps to create one. Example: open CMD window and type in "tool bitmaps (path to your .tiff file) and enter. this will create your bitmap file. If your .tiff file had an alpha channel you will need to open guerilla and fix the format to "compressed with explicit alph". When that is done re-run tool to make the bitmap again.

Now open Guerilla and make a new shadder, make sure when you save the shadder to use the same name of the .tiff file that you used as a texture in 3ds or Gmax.

That should fix your problem. If you need help with the shadder in Guerilla let me know and I will help you.

Hope this helps
