i know what causes it, but i cant seem to fix it the sky material got messed up and now assigned to a shader_enviroment

in 3ds max, i got the material set up as +sky but when i run tool, it tell me to pick a shader for #material 3 times, and the map only has materials, +sky, rock, sand, it should only ask for shaders 2x. whats the way to fix this? is there a way to force the material to be a sky or is the problem related to 3ds max?

You sure you named it right? +sky
Maybe you have another shader on the level you forgot to remove?

its named al right in 3ds, but when i ran tool, all the materials were merged into one mat erial for some reason

You didn't set material ID's right

yep, all fixed now thanks everyone, first time trying to make a map from scratch
