Ive been trying for some time now to make a halo custom map...... i have got every prloblem ever.....i need Paintshop pro or photoshop cuz i cant make a map :[ ive tried Trust Me...............................................................................................................

Google is your friend. Photoshop or Paintshop pro isn't required. You can reuse Halo's textures in the game. But if you must make your own textures you can download GIMP for free and it's basically Photoshop. Google it.
