whenever i try to run halo ce in devmode or use an application that would run it (including flycams) it exceptions me (i have had this problem for a while...)

Flycams and 3rdperson hacks dont work with the 1.08 patch,and if you try,it exceptions.But the Alldev? I dont know the problem there,sorry.

halo ce in devmode doesnt work at all for me.... you know, adding the -console -devmode part

What does your target look like? It should be something like:
"C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo Custom Edition/haloce.exe" -console -devmode |
