Completly new to modding Halo CE. So thought I give it a try, my goal is to start with reproduce something like grunt gulch. So basically bloodgulch with some AI. Seems like a good start to me. Main reason, is to use the map to create a cinematic.
So I installed HEK and got HEK+.
As all of you know you need the .scenario instead of the .map so I tried to use HEK+ to get this done. Unfortunate, HEK+ will crash when ever I try to use one of the tabs on the top bar above. ( Just showing my knowledge so far here correct me if I'm wrong ;) )
Hot keys do work for the older version, but even then it seems that the map does not produce the .scenario file.
Now in order to get the .scenario file I need to be able to use those tabs. Anyone with suggestions and how I might be able to fix this problem? Or an alternative program?
My OS: Vista SP2 Compatibility mode does not work! Just so you know, tried that for 95, 98 and XP SP2

If .Net 3.5 is the latest than I already had it installed.
I can confirm that .Net 2.0 apps do work.
