check your material id's you probably have something set as 3 when there's only 2 materials.

Your material numbers you've set are not correct, reapply your multi/sub objects and look for incorrect applied textures, also, select ID on number to check if you've got non exising numbers

I've got it. I had it before you posted BP :) It was my Max, I was using 9 to export, and that only works for maps, not scenery and such.
