You could probably use the stun property in the damage effect to slow bipeds. Dont know if it works on vehicles though.

I've taken care of how to "freeze" the other foot soldiers, but not the vehicles.

You might be able to give the grenade negative force, so when it explodes, it pulls the vehicles towards it, slowing and/or stopping them.

have you ever tried doing that?
i did and it never worked

lol, pulling is possible?

for slowing/stopping them, you could try plasma whatever, it works on bipeds, maybe it slows vehicles too?


not plasma, but stun.
If the stun on a vehicle worked, then it would be as simple as adding the stun to the plasma pistol charge and have it similar to Halo 3.

A decal tag isnt going to do much to stop or slow a vehicle.

Decals have no collision, so they cant affect anything.
